Fabriek Systems is the customer-facing product identity of PT Hasta Aksara Fabriek, an Indonesian software company. We operate fabriek.work and are responsible for information processed through this website.
Information we handle
Technical request data. When your browser loads this site, hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, requested page, referring page, and request time. This helps deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.
Website usage and performance. Our analytics tools receive page-view and page-exit events, performance measurements, and clicks on product or contact links. Click events use limited labels such as product, placement, and destination. We do not send message content or text entered into forms through these events. This website currently has no sign-in, purchase, or contact form.
Messages you send us. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and message content you choose to send. The email or messaging service you use may also process that interaction under its own policy.
How we use it
We use information to operate and secure this website, understand page performance and use of product or contact links, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use this website's analytics for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website performance using timing metrics. Cloudflare states that this product does not collect or use visitors' personal data. See the Cloudflare Web Analytics overview.
We also use PostHog for page views, page exits, and the limited link-click events described above. PostHog is configured in cookieless mode, with person profiles, autocapture, session recording, and surveys disabled. In this mode, PostHog says it does not store analytics data in cookies or local or session storage. See PostHog's cookieless tracking documentation.
We do not configure these analytics tools to use cookies for tracking. Hosting or security providers may use technical mechanisms needed to deliver or protect the site.
Providers and external links
We use Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and performance analytics, and PostHog for website analytics. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy policies: Cloudflare Privacy Policy and PostHog Privacy Policy.
This site also links to product websites, WhatsApp, and email. When you follow an external link, the destination service's privacy policy applies to your activity there.
Some providers may process information in countries outside Indonesia, depending on the service and its infrastructure.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, to maintain relevant correspondence, protect the site, or meet legal obligations. Service providers may apply their own retention periods to information they process.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
